Weddings and Special OccasionsThe Holt Fleet is a perfect venue to celebrate a wedding or special occasion, however large or small. We are now fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies overlooking the River Severn from the conservatory or function suite for up to 150 guests. What we can offer:- Wedding Car We have our own wedding car at The Holt Fleet. This can be hired for any of the wedding party to be chauffeured to us or home. Our black Bentley convertible GTC ‘Bettie’ will certainly ensure you arrive & leave in style. Bespoke menus & wedding packages You and your guests can enjoy a tailor made menu put together by yourselves and our Head chef. We are able quite uniquely to offer a choice to your guests of courses on the day, making sure everyone is happy. We also offer very competitive wedding packages for 60 day guests and 80 evening. These also can be adapted to make your day your way Wedding Rooms Two beautiful newly refurbished rooms with beautiful views where guests can easily access outside, as the patio is exclusive for your day or evening. It boasts amazing views over the river from your private patio area with its own bar and toilet facilities for you and your guests. Both rooms can be used for civil ceremonies also. Whilst you enjoy reception drinks and photographs our team will transform the function suite ready for you sit down wedding breakfast and again for your evening entertainment if you chose to marry in there We are also able to offer outdoor style ceremonies on the patio area too Linen We provide table linen and napkins. Chair covers to match are also available to hire with colour scheme bows, table runners and swagging Wedding organiser We have our own wedding organisers who can help with your plans and make sure your day runs smoothly. They will work alongside you throughout your planning and be there on the day too Master of Ceremonies Our Master of Ceremonies makes sure that your day runs perfectly along with the wedding co-ordinator, from helping guests to announcing your arrival.
